Objectives, activities and expected / achieved results

The Assisminho Next Generation project aims to reinforce the company's internal competences in various immaterial areas of competitiveness, in order to position Assisminho as a strong and highly recognized brand in the market and to promote its growth in the to respond to global market demand. Thus, this project aims at pursuing the company's growth strategy, qualifying its internal capacities and exporting ability to competitive markets, focusing on five (5) different typologies:

  • Organizational Innovation and Management: implementation of new internal methodologies and practices that will strengthen the management capacities and levels of efficiency of the processes between departments;
  • Digital Economy and ICT: implementation of new promotion and digital marketing tools that will give greater visibility to the products and improve the relationship with its clients;
  • Quality: certification of a QMS according to ISO 9001 quality standard that will improve the quality of internal processes and products and services;
  • Transfer of Knowledge: certification of an SGIDI according to norm NP 4457 that will boost the R & D of new products and solutions;
  • Distribution and Logistics: implementation of a new integrated and automated system that will bring internal efficiency, savings and improvement of customer service.


In this way, the Assisminho Next Generation project intends to leverage the company's organizational and management capabilities, enhancing its expansion in international markets through innovation in organization, product and service development capacity, giving them greater value and modernization of the company, allowing its sustained growth.
