We only accept products that have a malfunction upon arrival to the customer, that don´t have broken parts, that are within the expiration date and that keep the original box of the brand. The customer must keep the invoice and proof of purchase the product (either in paper or digital format).
For the correct completion of the RMA order form, the costumer should enter only one reference per RMA request, indicate relevant information and attach proof of print, photos or videos that demonstrate the alleged malfunction (in case of ink cartridge or toner related malfunctions).
The response to your RMA request will be emailed. In case of approval, the costumer has 7 days to send the damaged goods to our facilities. After this period the process will be automatically cancelled. The product to return must be shipped with the RMA number clearly visible on the outer packaging, this shouldn´t be the packaging of the product.
Assisminho only accepts material whose return request has been explicitly approved and which is properly identified with the assigned RMA number. Whenever the customer´s reported malfunction is confirmed, Assisminho will exchange the material for resolution of the RMA process.
It should be noted that the authorization of the request for an RMA doesn´t necessarily imply its acceptance, but is subject to examination of the conditions under which the product in question is met and further approval by the manufacturer.
Products with signs of misuse, recycling and changes to the original product will not be accepted, the same will be true for consumables with signs of over 30% usage.
The customer has 30 days to collect material sent that isn´t in accordance with the RMA approval, which is considered abandoned and forwarded for recycling at the end of this period.
