When you receive a merchandise, you must check the status of it, in case you do not check the customer you are implicitly accepting it as being free from accidental damage. In case of doubt, we suggest that you sign the Transportation Guide with the "subject to conference" notice.
We also inform that from the date they receive merchandise they have 2 weeks to make some type of complaint about the state of the same. All complaints will only be accepted within this deadline and respectively accompanied by photographs and a copy of the Assisminho invoice.
